We started working with Weavr, a Series A B2B SaaS company, when they had just launched their MVP product and needed to establish and test a channel mix from scratch. We validated 4 strong channels to market, achieved 35x ROAS for search ads, and truly became a part of “Team Weavr”.
Weavr is a plug-and-play financial product for B2B SaaS companies, designed to handle everything from expenses to customer payments. They were launching a great product, but into a competitive space, and with a small team.

In our first month of working together, our focus was setting up all the tools and tech that Weavr’s marketing needed, as well as the first version of their CRM journey.
Built the first version of the CRM and customer journey
Launched and tested 4 channels: email marketing, SEM, content marketing, and social & display ads.
Tested multiple customer segments and key messaging.
Continued iterating and experimenting “to make the channels sing even better” (in Weavr’s own words!).
Our channel experts set a strategy for each new channel, and then started running growth experiments through each one. We were able to validate 4 channels in total, with SEM and direct outreach proving particularly successful.

We worked happily alongside the Weavr team for over a year. In that time, we were able to deliver 35x ROAS with SEM marketing, blog articles that “set a high bar for content deliverables and have helped shape [Weavr’s] storytelling”, and well over 175 MQLs in total. We iterated and experimented continuously, while also hitting the ambitious quarterly KPIs we set together as a team.
We left the Weavr team with 4 established channels driving growth, 4 validated ICPs, and an experiment log to help shape future growth and guide key decisions.
Weavr came to Growth Division because they needed a team that really got where they were at in their startup journey, and the pacy but structured experimentation that was required.
