The Challenge

With a pending EU Taxonomy report deadline, Position Green urgently need to get the word out about their platform.

Position Green makes sustainability reporting simple for businesses. It also helps them prove the positive ROI of their sustainability, not just the social and environmental impact. Position Green came to us in 2022 when the first EU Taxonomy report deadline was just a few months away.

THE GROWTH STRATEGY

After optimising their landing pages, we experimented rapidly to drive both paid and organic traffic to the site.

We set Position Green’s go-to-market strategy, then optimised their landing pages. This immediately improved their conversion rate. 

From there, it was a case of driving traffic to these newly optimised pages. Our channel experts ran structured growth experiments to find the most effective ways to drive both high-intent paid and organic traffic to Position Green’s site.

Looking at the challenge we had in front of us, it would be easy to assume that we’d only prioritise paid channels. But to leave Position Green in a truly strong position, we knew it was essential not to leave organic SERP real estate open for the platform’s hungry competitors to claim.

We established sustainable, repeatable channels to growth, doubling SEM conversions and steadily growing organic traffic.

With a clear go-to-market strategy and optimised landing pages, we were quickly able to see positive growth across both paid and organic channels. We more than doubled year-on-year conversions from Search Engine Marketing, and also grew organic traffic by 19.6%.

Most importantly, we left Position Green with long-term, sustainable growth channels, and didn’t simply spike demand ahead of the deadline.
