The best AI marketing agency in the UK depends on the problem you need solved, not on how loudly an agency says "AI". For finding and scaling channels at a startup or scale-up, choose Growth Division. For B2B SaaS pipeline, choose Gripped. For search-first content and AI discovery, choose Rise at Seven. For performance marketing plus AI search visibility, choose Impression. For AI-led paid media, choose Brainlabs. For enterprise multi-market media, choose Jellyfish. For AI in your HubSpot and RevOps stack, choose Six & Flow. For creator and influencer work, choose Billion Dollar Boy.
Below is what each agency does with AI, who it suits, and how to choose between them.
How we made this list
Nearly every UK agency now calls itself AI-powered, AI-first or AI-native. We kept the ones where AI has visibly changed how the work gets done: named proprietary systems, AI built into delivery, or a clear operating model. We left out agencies whose AI claim is a ChatGPT prompt for ad copy.
We grouped agencies by specialty rather than ranking them on generic scores, because an influencer agency and a RevOps consultancy don't compete. Every agency here has a UK base. There is no paid placement. Growth Division is our agency. It's listed first for transparency, not as a ranking, and our filter is the one in how to choose an AI marketing agency.

1. Growth Division: best for AI-run growth experimentation
Specialty: finding and scaling channels for startups and scale-ups. Disclosure: this is us.
We're a London growth marketing agency that has run growth for 130+ startups and scale-ups since 2019. For each client we assemble a team of senior channel specialists. The Bullseye Framework picks 3–6 channels to test, structured experiments run on each, and weekly reporting tracks a North Star Metric.
The AI is the operating system, not a bolt-on. Our process is encoded in GREX AI, which drafts ICPs and strategy, structures experiments and tracks test velocity. A named senior specialist reviews every AI-assisted output before it reaches a customer. We also use AI on our own acquisition: AI search is now one of our biggest channels, and we've written up exactly how we did it.
Best for: seed to Series B teams that don't yet know which channel will carry them, and want senior people owning outcomes without hiring a full growth team. Pricing: transparent retainer, typically £4,000–£9,000 (+VAT) a month for 3–6 channels. Limits: UK/Europe-centric. Not built for 50-person enterprise programmes.
2. Gripped: best for B2B SaaS demand generation
Specialty: pipeline for B2B software companies.
Gripped is a London B2B agency that has worked with 160+ SaaS, AI and tech companies since 2017. It covers demand generation, Google and LinkedIn paid media, SEO and GEO for software businesses, typically between £2M and £50M ARR. It reports on pipeline metrics (opportunities, CAC, LTV) rather than traffic, and works in 30-day sprints.
Best for: post-product-market-fit B2B SaaS that needs a predictable pipeline engine. Limits: B2B software only.
3. Rise at Seven: best for search-first content and AI discovery
Specialty: category leadership across Google, TikTok, YouTube, Amazon and AI platforms.
Rise at Seven is a search-first creative and content agency, now headquartered in Manchester with teams in London and New York. It has repositioned around being found wherever people search, including AI-driven discovery, not just Google. Its founder argues that as AI absorbs more execution, an agency's value moves to commercial judgement and integration. Clients include Red Bull, SIXT, Capital One and JD Sports.
Best for: consumer brands that want to own their category across search and social discovery. Limits: brand and consumer-led. Less suited to early-stage B2B pipeline work.
4. Impression: best for performance marketing with AI search visibility
Specialty: SEO, GEO, PPC and digital PR under one roof.
Impression is a performance marketing agency with offices in Nottingham, Manchester, London and New York. It works on brand visibility across both traditional and AI search surfaces, alongside paid search, digital PR and digital experience. That makes it one of the more established UK options if you want GEO run with the rest of your search programme rather than on its own.
Best for: mid-market and larger brands that want SEO, GEO and paid search managed together. Limits: a full-service performance agency, so scope and fees reflect that.
5. Brainlabs: best for AI-powered paid media
Specialty: paid search, paid social and programmatic.
Brainlabs is a London media agency founded in 2012. Its proprietary Cortex platform uses customer data to forecast trends and generate AI-powered briefs that guide media decisions. Client work is run by dedicated "superteams" that combine vertical knowledge with platform expertise, across paid search, programmatic, social, SEO and CRO.
Best for: brands where paid media is the main acquisition lever and forecasting matters. Limits: built for significant media budgets, not early-stage tests.
6. Jellyfish: best for enterprise multi-market media
Specialty: AI-driven media in-housing for global brands.
Jellyfish is a London-founded global digital marketing company, part of The Brandtech Group. In 2025 it launched an AI-powered media in-housing platform, including a Media Ops Agent, that automates campaign research, activation and optimisation across Google, Meta and Amazon. Jellyfish says clients using the platform launch campaigns 65% faster and cut infrastructure costs by 22%. In September 2026 it appointed a Chief Media Officer for EMEA to build what it calls an agentic media practice.
Best for: global brands running media across many markets that want to bring it in-house. Limits: enterprise scale and pricing.
7. Six & Flow: best for AI in your HubSpot and RevOps stack
Specialty: AI-first HubSpot consultancy and revenue operations.
Six & Flow is a HubSpot Elite Partner headquartered in Manchester, with an office in London and teams in Ireland, Canada and the Netherlands. It designs connected go-to-market systems covering CRM and data architecture, RevOps and AI enablement. It uses its own FLAIR framework for responsible AI adoption and is ISO 27001 certified.
Best for: teams whose bottleneck is CRM, lifecycle and sales–marketing alignment rather than finding new channels. Limits: HubSpot-centric.
8. Billion Dollar Boy: best for creator and influencer marketing
Specialty: creator-led campaigns, with a dedicated innovation unit for generative AI.
Billion Dollar Boy is a creative agency for the influencer age, founded in London in 2014, with offices in New York. Its innovation unit, Muse, tests emerging technology, including generative AI, so brands can separate what works from the hype. Its research found that 60% of UK and US consumers surveyed preferred creator content made with generative AI.
Best for: consumer brands running creator partnerships at scale. Limits: creator and social only.
How to choose an AI marketing agency in the UK
Start from the constraint, not the AI claim:
- You don't yet know which channel works → you need a process, not a channel specialist: Growth Division, or GREX AI if you'd rather run it in software.
- You sell B2B software and pipeline is the problem → Gripped, or see our AI marketing agencies for B2B SaaS for international options.
- Search and AI answers are where buyers find you → Rise at Seven (consumer) or Impression (performance-led).
- Paid media is your main lever → Brainlabs, or Jellyfish at multi-market enterprise scale.
- Your CRM and data can't keep up → Six & Flow.
- Social proof drives purchase → Billion Dollar Boy.
Whichever you shortlist, ask two questions on the first call: show me the AI system working on a real account, and who, by name, reviews AI output before it ships? An agency that can't answer both is probably AI-washing. There are more checks in 9 things to know before hiring an AI growth partner.
FAQs
What is an AI marketing agency? An AI marketing agency uses AI systems, not just AI tools, to plan, produce and measure marketing, with senior people reviewing the output. The real ones show an operating loop (idea → experiment → learning → next plan), a named human review step, and results measured in revenue rather than volume.
How much does an AI marketing agency cost in the UK? Specialist-led retainers for startups and scale-ups typically run from around £3,000 to £10,000 a month. Enterprise media and full-service programmes cost considerably more. AI hasn't made good agencies cheaper. It has made them faster and broader at similar prices.
Are AI marketing agencies better than traditional agencies? Only when AI multiplies a disciplined process. A test-and-learn agency with AI gets faster and covers more channels. A weak agency with AI just produces weak work more quickly. Judge the people and the process first, and treat AI as the multiplier.
Should I hire an AI marketing agency or buy an AI marketing platform? Hire an agency when you need senior people to own outcomes. Buy a platform when you already have the team and need the operating system. Many startups use both. We compared the platforms in the 10 best AI marketing platforms in 2026.
Agency details checked October 2026 from each agency's own site and public coverage. They change, so confirm before you sign.
Want the system, not the sales pitch? Growth Division runs senior specialist growth teams for UK startups and scale-ups, with GREX AI as the operating loop. Book a strategy call and ask us the two questions above.
