The Challenge

Ahead of its seed funding round, NOAN needed strong and consistent growth to stand out from other AI-enhanced platforms.

NOAN is an AI native workspace for high-growth companies. The company had been on the cusp of significant growth, with innovation at its core and ambitious targets set for 2025.

THE CHANNEL MIX

After some initial strategy and optimisation work, we launched NOAN's growth channels. Crucially, we automated as much as possible – learning fast and adjusting quickly to uncover the biggest drivers of NOAN’s growth.

THE IMPACT

We increased paid-to-trial conversion, reduced churn, and held down a strong LTV:CAC of 14:1.

Through the powerful combination of automation, incubator partnerships, community-led feedback, content creation, and a revamped website and growth strategy, we validated scalable acquisition and retention channels that significantly increased trial-to-paid conversions while reducing churn.
