When Growth Division first started, our founders saw firsthand the power of bringing in specialist freelancers to own and grow individual marketing channels. As soon as they raised their seed round at Ordoo (their previous startup), they hired a team of experts, and growth skyrocketed.

He’s the bridge between clients and experts, ensuring that communication, delivery, and data flow stay frictionless from the first kickoff to the final report. With a background in building and scaling marketing systems, Tom’s focus is simple: making growth operations smooth, measurable, and repeatable.

Alex Dawson - Head of Direct Outreach

Alex leads Growth Division’s direct outreach function, one of our most established and consistently high-performing channels.

He and his team design, test, and optimise outbound systems that help B2B startups generate meaningful conversations with their ideal customers. With a background in outbound strategy and CRM optimisation, Alex’s focus is on precision.

Fiona Moucq - Head of Community & Organic Growth

Fiona oversees Growth Division’s organic channels, from LinkedIn and X to Meta and beyond. She helps startups grow through storytelling, thought leadership, and community-building strategies that connect brands with audiences. Her work sits at the intersection of content and growth: helping founders articulate their voice, scale their message across platforms, and build genuine engagement that compounds over time.
