His approach is to demystify and simplify how to use digital channels to maximise growth, by focussing on acquisition, conversion and retention which are all underpinned by solid data, insights and automated technology. Previously he was Ecommerce Director at Look Fabulous Forever, formerly at GSK and Maximuscle. Away from work he is a keen coach, running junior teams in football and cricket and playing as much of those as his creaking body allows!
