With a strong background in digital transformation, innovation, and startup scaling, Pablo has played a key role in building and executing growth strategies for global companies, startup ecosystems, and social enterprises. His ability to merge scientific research, data analytics, strategic vision, and practical execution makes him a leader in business innovation and inclusive growth. He worked for UK-based start-ups such as SortYourFuture, FluidStack, and Portuguese businesses, including the startup Speak. As a founding member of Growth Dao and Growth Strategist at Growth Division and founder of Eight Positive, Pablo has been helping more than fifty Web 2 and Web 3 companies scale and grow. Pablo developed business strategic guidance for companies such as Heineken, Pepsico, Votorantim, Coca-Cola Brazil, Natura, Nestle Water, Vale, B Labs (B Corp), Light, Neoenergia, Anglo Gold Ashanti, Lóreal Brazil and Petrobras, either independently or in partnership with other consultant firms. Pablo also participated in projects such as Vision 2020 for the World Business Council for Sustainable Development and the Customer Behavior Change framework with Futerra and Sustainable Brands. He was a customer behaviour expert at the DNV stakeholders’ international roundtable. Pablo holds a Post-Certificate in Sustainable Business from Cambridge University, a master's in communication and information from the Sorbonne-Paris 3 University, and a specialisation in the Science of Decision-making at Stanford University. He is also in a PhD program at the Iscte in Lisbon.
