Tell us more about your experience

I cut my teeth in a highly succesful and fast-growing strategy-focused agency called Founded (now part of the Iris network). After two years there learning from some of the biggest brains in marketing planning and strategy I moved to The Wow Factory, a creative agency in Kent. There I joined the board as an associate director and led the creative strategy of the agency on our highest billing clients. After TWF I became Head of Marketing at a games start-up called Balls Out, before joining Growth Division as a Growth Strategist working on some of our longest-standing and highest-spending accounts in both B2B and B2C spaces.
