
I’m an Amazon growth specialist with nearly 10 years of experience helping brands scale profitably on the platform, including 5 years working inside Amazon. I began my career on Amazon’s Global Selling team, where I focused on helping UK-based brands expand into international marketplaces. In this role, I supported approximately 150 brands per year, advising on global expansion strategy, marketplace selection, and operational readiness (whilst meeting Amazon's revenue targets for each brand).
I later transitioned into a Marketplace Consultant role, working with brands that invested directly with Amazon for strategic support. This involved a much deeper, hands-on partnership with a smaller portfolio of 10–15 brands per year, developing in-depth business plans focused on sustainable growth, performance optimisation, and long-term scalability across Amazon marketplaces.
Following my time at Amazon, I moved into the agency space to build direct, long-term partnerships with brands, applying insider platform knowledge, data-driven strategy, and proven frameworks to drive measurable growth.
