I bring the perspective of a founder who has been in the trenches of scaling a high-growth startup. I co-founded Oddbox, a purpose-driven food brand tackling farm-level food waste, and over six years helped grow it from an idea into a £30M+ revenue business with nationwide reach. Along the way, we raised over £30M in Series B funding, built a loyal customer community, and navigated the complexities of scaling teams, operations, and marketing. Before launching Oddbox, I built a strong foundation in finance and strategy. I started my career in FP&A for Fortune 500 companies and later worked as a domain product manager in investment banking. This gave me a deep understanding of financial performance such as P&L, balance sheets, and value creation, while also shaping my ability to connect financial rigour with less tangible growth drivers like brand, design, and the end-to-end customer experience. Today, I work with a select group of early-stage and growth-focused founders. I help them unlock their next stage of growth by combining strategic clarity with the operational and financial discipline required to scale sustainably.
