Tell us more about your experience
I was schooled in CRM at British Airways, working on Executive Club and working closely with data science functions to develop propensity models enabled us to increase CLV.
I was Head of Trading at PizzaExpress, responsible for planning our pricing, promotional and partnership strategy for 400+ UK restaurants. I also led a digital transformation programme to overhaul our website, online menu management, promotional capability and booking systems.
I was Head of Growth at Just Eat UK, where i was responsible for driving 120m+ annual orders, growing our share of voice, reducing CPA and improving retention.
I have recently worked with a range of small businesses to step change their ecommerce and Amazon growth.

My primary expertise is performance management and analytics - developing trading models, forecasts and tactical plans.
From a channel perspective, I have deep knowledge of Customer Marketing, from CRM communications to developing loyalty schemes and other customer propositions.
I have a broad knowledge acquisition and demand generation, from performance channels to offline activity.
