Ollie’s a marketing strategist, project manager and copywriter. He learned the ropes under some of the biggest brains in strategy and planning in London agencies before leaving to run creative strategy at a smaller agency in Kent. He then dipped his toes into the start-up world as head of marketing at Balls Out before joining Growth Division as a Growth Strategist in late 2020.

Ollie uses his experience building and executing strategic campaigns, both agency and client-side, to help clients get their channel selection and execution right. His creative strategy and copywriting background also helps him guide clients towards more effective positioning, messaging and creative executions.

Outside of work he captains a rugby team that spends more time in the pub than playing, produces and DJs house music, plays piano poorly, and goes on stupidly long walks with his needy dog Douglas.
